Help! The shaver doesn't cut my hair!

Give your new shaver up to 4 weeks to break in. Your scalp might take a few days to adjust to the new way the blades move, ensuring you achieve the smoothest shave. When you use regular razor blades on your scalp or skin, they remove a really thin layer of skin or scalp, which can be painful. Switching to electric shaving means you're shaving right at the skin line, not below it. Your skin and scalp need some time to get used to this change. Just trust the process—it gets better with time!
