How do I process a return?

If you're facing difficulties in achieving the smooth, quick, and irritation-free shaves you desire, please check out some tips and tricks on how to get the best results. Lots of people got the smooth, quick, and irritation-free shaves they wanted without having to return anything!


When you use traditional razor blades on your scalp or skin, they remove a very thin layer of skin or scalp (ouch!). Transitioning to electric shaving means you're shaving right at the skin line, not below it. Your skin and scalp will need some time to adapt to this change.


To start a return, just follow the guidelines below.


1. For all returns, please contact customer support at hello@baldcut.co with your name, order number, and your request for a return or exchange, so we can confirm your eligibility for a return, and connect you with a support specialist.

2. Select a courier service and cover the return shipping cost (we don't cover it or provide labels).

3. Send the return to our warehouse at the listed address.

4. Make sure your name and order number are clearly visible within or on the return parcel so our returns warehouse can verify who the return is for.

5. Share your return receipt or tracking info via email. Without tracking info, we might not process your return.
